Metzelet is a cozy chalet located in the heart of one of the most enchanting valleys in the Aosta Valley, just a short walk from the ski lifts and the 18-hole golf course. Thanks to its strategic location, it is the perfect starting point for mountain excursions, snowshoeing, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, and mountain biking.
Our restaurant, which is easily accessible to people with disabilities, offers ample parking for guests.
In both winter and summer, don’t miss our panoramic terrace, where you can admire the local wildlife, including chamois, ibex, and marmots, or warm up by the fireplace in our cozy and inviting lounge.
Metzelet is the ideal place to gather after a day on the slopes or enjoy a delicious meal in good company. Discover our specialties, such as Valdostan and Swiss fondue, raclette, traditional local dishes, and Italian cuisine, all prepared with passion and fresh ingredients.
We are happy to accommodate groups of up to 40 people. By reservation, we organize dinners, aperitifs, and celebrations such as birthdays. Additionally, we offer free Wi-Fi for our customers.

Metzelet was born from the dream of creating a cozy refuge in the heart of the Aosta Valley, where tradition, a passion for the mountains, and love for good food come together. Founded in 2001, our restaurant is the result of a project that blends the natural beauty of the landscape with the warmth of alpine hospitality.
